What is a "Transfer" and what are the terms of the service?

The service can be ordered for a certain time. It involves waiting for the guest at the airport (within an hour after the plane lands), an hour of delivery and an hour of rental.

If necessary, the driver can meet you in the waiting room with a sign, help with luggage or transport a person with limited mobility. If you need a child car seat, you travel with a pet or have some other specific wishes - nothing is impossible. Just let us know and we will do everything for your maximum comfort.

What will the driver look like?

The appearance of the drivers of our service meets the requirements of business etiquette; drivers wear suits and ties, creating a pleasant impression.

Can I book a car during the non-working hours?

Yes, of course, we are open from 9 to 22:00 and accept your requests online and by phone, and you can book a car at any time of the day. If your plans have changed and you don't need the car, please let us know at least three hours before the scheduled time of car delivery.

How soon can you deliver a car after I leave a request?

The minimum time between placing an order and its fulfillment is 3 hours. We try to be as prompt as possible for you. But remember that the more time you have before your trip, the more vehicles we can offer and the wider choice you will have.

Can you provide an armored car and security?
